Returns & Refunds
Due to the personalised and made-to-order nature of our products, we do not accept returns or refunds for personalised items due to change of mind, incorrect size selection or no longer requiring the item.
Personalised items are created specifically for the individual customer and cannot normally be resold.
However, nothing within this policy affects your statutory consumer rights.
If your item arrives faulty, damaged, incorrect or does not match the order placed, please contact us as soon as possible. We will assess the issue and, where appropriate, arrange a suitable remedy in accordance with your consumer rights.
Please contact us before returning any item.
Damaged or Incorrect Orders
We take great care when creating and packaging your order.
If your parcel arrives damaged, or you believe you have received an incorrect or faulty item, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order, where possible.
Please provide photographs of the item and packaging so that we can investigate the issue.
We will always do our best to resolve genuine issues quickly and fairly.
Sizing
Please ensure you select the correct size when placing your order.
We recommend checking the sizing information provided on the individual product listing before purchasing.
As personalised items are made specifically to your chosen requirements, we cannot accept returns or offer refunds because an incorrect size has been selected by the customer.
Embroidery & Handmade Variations
Every Tayvia’s Threads piece is individually embroidered and prepared by hand.
Because of the handmade nature of our products, there may be very small variations in embroidery positioning, stitching and appearance.
These subtle differences are a natural part of a handmade product and make each piece unique.
Please also be aware that colours may appear slightly different depending on your screen, device and lighting conditions.
Care Instructions
To keep your Tayvia’s Threads piece looking beautiful, please follow the care instructions supplied with your item and the manufacturer’s garment care label.
We recommend:
- Washing according to the garment’s care label.
- Avoiding bleach and harsh chemicals.
- Not pulling or picking at embroidery threads.
- Taking care when ironing embroidered areas.
- Avoiding tumble drying unless specifically permitted by the garment’s care label.
Tayvia’s Threads cannot be held responsible for damage caused by incorrect washing, drying, ironing or general care.
Delivery
Your order will be dispatched once it has been completed and quality checked.
Your chosen delivery option and associated delivery timeframe will be displayed at checkout once our website is launched.
Please ensure that your delivery address is correct before completing your purchase.
Tayvia’s Threads cannot be held responsible for delays caused by postal or courier services, incorrect addresses supplied by the customer, or circumstances outside of our reasonable control.
Undelivered Parcels
If a parcel is returned to Tayvia’s Threads because an incorrect or incomplete address was provided, or because the parcel was not collected, additional postage may be required before the order can be resent.
Personalised items will not be refunded simply because a parcel was not collected or accepted.
