1. About Our Products

Tayvia’s Threads specialises in baby boutique-style embroidered items, including babygrows, bibs, blankets and other personalised products.

Each item is made with care and attention. As our products are handmade and/or personalised, slight variations in embroidery, colour, positioning and appearance may occur. These are not considered faults and are part of the unique nature of handmade products.

2. Personalised & Custom Orders

Please carefully check all spelling, names, dates and other personalised information before placing your order. Tayvia’s Threads cannot be held responsible for mistakes in information provided by the customer.

Once an order has entered production, changes or cancellations may not be possible.

3. Order Processing

Our estimated turnaround time is approximately 2 weeks. This is an estimated timeframe rather than a guaranteed delivery date.

Processing times may occasionally be longer during busy periods, holidays or due to circumstances outside our control.

4. Payment

Payment must be made in full at the time of ordering unless otherwise agreed.

Orders will not be processed until payment has been successfully received.

5. Pricing

All prices displayed on our website are subject to change. Any price changes will not affect orders that have already been placed and paid for.

6. Product Care

Customers are responsible for following the care instructions provided with their item. Failure to follow the recommended care instructions may affect the appearance or quality of the embroidery.

7. Returns & Refunds

Due to the personalised and made-to-order nature of our products, returns and refunds are not accepted, except where required by applicable UK consumer law.

If your item arrives damaged, defective or is not as ordered, please contact us as soon as possible so that we can review the issue and determine an appropriate resolution.

You agree not to misuse our website, reproduce our content without permission, or use our website for unlawful purposes.

All photographs, designs, branding, text and other content belonging to Tayvia’s Threads remain the property of Tayvia’s Threads unless otherwise stated.
